Hi, I’m Abby Glore, LCSW.
I’m a licensed therapist with a deep passion for supporting people through life’s tender transitions—especially during the emotional landscape of pregnancy, postpartum, grief, and identity shifts.
In many ways, maternal mental health chose me. After the birth of my first child, I found myself cracked open—vulnerable, transformed, and navigating a version of myself I hadn’t met before. Motherhood reshaped the way I saw myself, my relationships, and the world around me. That deeply personal journey not only changed me, it called me to this work.
I quickly came to understand that while early parenthood is often portrayed as purely joyful, it can also feel isolating, overwhelming, and filled with complexity. I realized how universal yet deeply personal that experience can be—and how much we need safe spaces to talk about it.
In my practice, I offer a compassionate, non-judgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Whether you’re feeling anxious, grieving a loss, struggling with intrusive thoughts, or simply overwhelmed by change, you don’t have to go through it alone.
My therapeutic approach blends evidence-based methods—like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT)—with genuine connection, trust, and empathy. I meet each person where they are, and together, we explore what healing looks like for you.
I believe therapy isn’t about fixing you—it’s about holding space for your story and helping you reconnect with your inner strength, wisdom, and wholeness.
You deserve care that feels safe, attuned, and meaningful. I’m here when you’re ready.
I believe true healing begins when we feel deeply understood. In my practice, empathy means holding space for your emotions, experiences, and struggles without judgment. Every feeling is valid, and you’ll be met with warmth, compassion, and genuine care. I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you — wherever you are in your journey.
Therapy isn’t just about techniques; it’s about human connection. I value building an authentic, trusting relationship where you can feel safe to be vulnerable and honest. Together, we’ll create a space where your story matters and your voice is heard. This connection is the foundation for meaningful growth and emotional healing.
Trust is essential in any therapeutic relationship. I honor the courage it takes to seek help and share your story. In our work together, you can expect a safe, confidential, and supportive environment where your privacy and emotional well-being are respected. My role is to guide, support, and empower you in ways that feel genuine and aligned with your needs.
